Booking Terms
These terms apply when you book a visitor place at a Nexus Grimsby meeting. Nexus Grimsby operates as a chapter within the BNI (Business Network International) organisation. By completing your booking you confirm that you have read and agree to the following.
Payment
The visitor fee is £15.00 per meeting. This covers your breakfast, hot drinks, and full participation in the structured meeting. Payment is taken securely via Stripe at the time of booking. All payments are in GBP.
Refund Policy
The £15.00 visitor fee is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed. If you are unable to attend a meeting you have booked, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust the catering order. In exceptional circumstances we may, at our discretion, transfer your booking to a future date.
What to Expect
Meetings take place every Wednesday morning at Waltham Windmill Golf Club, Cheapside, Waltham, Grimsby, DN37 0HT. Open networking begins at 6:45am and the structured meeting starts at 7:00am. The meeting typically finishes by 8:30am. Smart casual dress is recommended. Free parking is available on site.
Your Data
The information you provide during booking (name, email, phone number, and business details) is used solely to manage your visit and communicate meeting details to you. We may share your details with the chapter leadership team so they can welcome you on the day. We will not sell or share your information with any third parties for marketing purposes. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
BNI Membership
Attending as a visitor does not constitute membership of BNI. Visitor bookings are for individual meetings and do not create any ongoing obligation. If you are interested in joining as a member, the chapter leadership team will be happy to discuss the process with you during your visit.
